Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to provide a key or access code so we can clean while they’re at work. Others like to be home for the first visit. We’ll follow whatever makes you most comfortable.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with high-quality cleaning products, tools, and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products in your home or office, just let us know in advance.
Can I schedule recurring service?
Absolutely. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans, as well as custom schedules for commercial clients. Recurring service is the best way to keep your space consistently fresh.
How does the mobile laundry service work?
You schedule a pickup time, we collect your laundry, wash/dry/fold it with care, and deliver it back to you—usually within 24–48 hours. It’s a simple, door-to-door service designed to save you time.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homes and businesses across Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida and Virginia. If you’re nearby but not listed, contact us to check availability.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every team member is thoroughly background-checked, trained, and supervised to ensure your home or business is in safe, professional hands.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of service (standard, deep, commercial, or mobile laundry), and how often you’d like us to visit. After a quick conversation or walkthrough, we’ll provide a clear, customized quote with no hidden fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or same-day changes may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time.
Are pets okay during cleaning?
Yes—many of our clients have pets. We just ask that you let us know in advance and secure any pets that may be anxious around vacuums or new people. We’ll work carefully around your furry family members.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional-grade products chosen for their effectiveness and safety. Eco-friendly options are available upon request. If you have allergies or product preferences, tell us before your visit and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
